It's warm in winter and cool in summer.

If it's winter, Oshibori is served by hot or warm temperature so that customer can get warmth through their hand. In summer, of course, you can refresh by its cool temperature.

This is the one of reasons why restaurant customers are grateful for goodwill from Oshibori hospitality!
